Duelbot provides competitive gaming matchmaking and server provisioning through community platforms such as Discord. The Service facilitates 1v1 matches, tracks statistics, and maintains leaderboards for gaming communities.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Duelbot, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users must also comply with the terms of service of any platform through which they access Duelbot (e.g., Discord, Steam).
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Manipulate rankings or match outcomes
- Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
5. Account Linking
To use certain features, you may need to link third-party accounts (such as Steam). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked accounts. You must only link accounts that you own and have authorization to use.
6. Match Integrity
All matches must be played fairly. Match fixing, intentional losing, or any form of result manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension from the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms or conduct harmful to other users.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUELBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Duelbot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
